I am a clinical psychologist and integrative psychotherapist. My work is trauma-informed and body-oriented, grounded in both clinical training and lived experience.
In therapy, I combine emotional depth with practical tools that support clarity, steadiness, and sustainable change.
My approach brings together presence and structure. We stay with what is happening in the moment — emotions, bodily responses, relational patterns — while also drawing on psychoeducation and structured techniques when helpful.
I pay close attention to how early experiences and relational dynamics shape the present. My aim is to create a space where complexity is welcome — and where nothing needs to be rushed.
I engage in regular professional supervision and ongoing training to support careful, ethical practice.

Some people come with a clear concern. Others arrive with a more diffuse sense that something feels off.
I work primarily with adults (18+), as well as couples and occasional groups.

I work affirmatively with LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities, bringing both professional training and lived understanding to this work.
I also offer psychedelic integration for those seeking to process and meaningfully integrate altered-state experiences within a grounded therapeutic setting.
Whatever brings you here — whether it has a name or not — it is welcome.
